Hello. My name is Jessica and I'm addicted to blogs.

There, I said it. I enjoy writing in mine, but I CRAVE other blogger's art and writing. It pumps the blood in my veins. Every day at lunch I take a few minutes to peruse my rapidly growing list of blogs I MUST check every day. These blogs include journals of my dear friends, animation and art blogs. Cartoon Brew- Jerry Beck and Amid Amidi's insightful and often scathing look at animation from past to present. The best thing about this blog is its plethora (yes, J, a PLETHORA) of links to innovative artists' websites and short films. Jerry has links to some of the most obscure animation art out there. Ever heard of Disney's short film about menstruation? Didn't think so.


Like all of us, the man at walleye's world has issues with self-doubt and confidence. His just happen to be giant blobs that walk around with him.

Jen Lerew has hands-down written some of the best short essays regarding the story process. I try to see what nugget of wisdom she has everyday at her blog, Blackwing Diaries.

Ever over-analyze a comic strip trying to figure out how it could be SO bad? These guys do, all the time. Maybe they should look into political campaign commercials next...

Ok, this isn't a blog, but it DOES change every once in awhile and often has amusing snippets on life- just in Flash form. Experience the magic of a man and his flatulent cat, Poopy.
